Congratulations to Olivia Kienzle and Kenny Barkan for being chosen as January's Students of the Month.
In an effort to allow teachers and intervention staff more time to monitor student's progress and collect more ongoing data, Carrollton Exempted Village School District has decided to report grades for all students every nine weeks through the report card rather than every four and a half weeks.
This year’s Winter Homecoming will be held in the Carrollton High School gym from 8:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 26th. Tickets will start being sold on January 16th, Wednesday to Friday, in the lobby before homeroom and in the cafeteria during lunch and advisory (5th and 6th) for $5.00. Tickets will be raised to $10.00 at the door.
The Bell-Herron Middle School yearbook committee will be selling this year’s edition to the general public. Since this is the last year Bell-Herron Middle School will be in existence the yearbook committee wanted to celebrate and honor the legacy of the building and the two gentlemen for whom it was named. There will be historical documents, pictures, and other memories going back 92 years. You will have the opportunity to purchase this one-of-a-kind yearbook at https://goo.gl/eiYrYc. The cost will be $17. If you or someone you know has attended Bell-Herron Middle School or was in the building when it was Carrollton High School this would be a great addition to your memory box. If you have any questions regarding the purchase of the 2018-2019 Bell-Herron Middle School yearbook please call the school and ask for Mrs. Roebuck. Get yours today!!
