Changes in Interim Reporting

In an effort to allow teachers and intervention staff more time to monitor student's progress and collect more ongoing data, Carrollton Exempted Village School District has decided to report grades for all students every nine weeks through the report card rather than every four and a half weeks. Parents will no longer receive an interim report or progress report every four and a half weeks. However, if your student is failing or showing signs of failing throughout the nine weeks, their teachers will be in contact with you to discuss their concerns. You will still be able to check your child's progress daily through your ProgressBook account. All student grades are reported in real time via this service. You may access ProgressBook here or by contacting your student's building for support.

Please note, if your student is on an Individual Education Plan (IEP), they will no longer receive progress reports every four and a half weeks. They will receive their progress report every nine weeks with their report card.

Again, if there are any concerns within the nine weeks, your child's teacher will be in contact with you to discuss those concerns. This change will begin at the beginning of the 3rd nine weeks. If you have any questions regarding this change, please contact your school principal.
