The application for the Jim Pyles Ohio State University Scholarship is available in the Carrollton High School Guidance Office.  Any senior planning to attend OSU this Fall should pick up an application. The application deadline is April 27th.

The America's Homecoming Queen Scholarship application is available for Homecoming Queens in the Guidance Office.  See Mrs. Brooks for more information.

The Carroll Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Ohio Scholarship Application is now available in the Guidance Office.   The application is due March 1st.


Carroll Electric is pleased to offer graduating high school seniors – whose parents are Carroll Electric members – the opportunity to win one of five $1,000 college scholarships.

Noteable scholarship changes: We have eliminated gender divisions and altered the number and amounts of scholarships awarded. Five scholarships will be awarded to the top five eligible applicants. The judges reserve the right to award an additional $1,000 to an exceptional student. Only one student will be chosen to compete for additional scholarships from our statewide association, Ohio’s Electric Cooperatives.

The Warren Scholarship Application is now LIVE!  Seniors apply by going to

Seniors interested in being considered for the Land Grant Scholarship for The Ohio State University must apply by November 1st.  This is for full tuition and full cost of attending.  2 of these scholarships are being award to each county in Ohio.

Kent State Tuscarawas Branch will hold a series of FAFSA Workshops.  Students and parents should plan to bring their tax information and file the FAFSA that night.

IF INTERESTED IN TALKING TO THE REPRESENTATIVE PLEASE STOP BY GUIDANCE FOR A PASS. Students please get your passes at least 24 hours in advance.

The 2018 Senior trip will be April 19, 20, and 21nd.  Cost of the trip is $540.00 based on four per room.  The 1st deposit of $150.00 is due by Friday, September 15th.  The 2nd deposit of $150.00 will be due on December 1st.  The balance will be due on March 10th.  Checks should be made payable to: Carrollton Board of Education. Please put the check or money in an envelope with the student’s name on the front of the envelope.  Last year we held two fundraisers to help students pay for the trip.  We plan to do so again.  We had a couple people who, after paying their deposit, were able to pay for the trip from the fundraiser income.  Extra fundraising information is available in the athletic office.
